Yes, we should start reciting sourahs of Qur'an during prayers by Bismi Allahi Ar-Rahmani Ar Rahim, if you're starting a new sourah/ part. But if in the second rakaa-for example-you're continuing a sourah/ part you already started in the first rakaa, then you can continue it without saying Bismi Allahi Ar-Rahmani Ar Rahim.

Shukran Brother......I've already been using these wonderful sites. Brothers and sisters have put so much work into these links and sites and to me it's like finding buried treasure. I'm often tired because of all that's going on with my mom, but when I'm too tired to read, I listen to the Qur'an or Sunnah at these sites. It is such a blessing!! Thank you for thinking of me. Jak!!
