When it gets hotter, water of this lake evaporates revealing these amazing looking circles. These circles appear due to the fact that this lake contains the most concentrated amounts of Magnesium, Phosphate, Sulfur and Calcium in the world. It was also used by native Americans for medical purposes, mostly in treating chronic deseases.

Socotra Island – Yemen:

These pictures are not from another planet. It’s Socotra Island in Yemen. This place is about 350 km south the Arabian Peninsula in the Indian Ocean. Scientists believe that it split from Africa about 6 or 7 million years ago. This island includes more than 700 types of rare plants & animals.
